OUR methodology
To carry out your industrial project, we go through several typical steps that make up our methodology:
1. Customer analysis – pre study
The analysis phase is necessary so that we can listen to your needs, understand how you work, etc. This step allows us to formalize the start of the project by defining the framework and evaluating the feasibility of the project.
At the end of this phase, we will send you a price offer.
2. study and documentation
After delimiting the contours of your project, we give you a document containing all the information you need. This functional analysis describes in detail how we will carry out your project.
It includes, in particular, a description of the objectives, a complete proposal (execution strategy and methodology) as well as the solutions.
3. Programming
Once the functional analysis has been validated, we carry out the programming of the systems according to what was previously described.
4. FAT
When the first tests carried out during the programming phase are sufficiently convincing, we validate them through a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) session.
We simulate the operation compared with the functional analysis and we adapt the different requests. Once the tests have been carried out on our side and if these are validated, we can move on to the next step.
5. SAT and Commissioning
We put the project into operation for you. Once the installation is done, we carry out a second phase of tests, in real conditions.
6. Monitoring and maintenance
We are also present when commissioning is complete. We ensure the follow-up and the maintenance of the installations programmed on your premises. This phase also allows us to make the various improvements so that the final rendering is of high quality.
These steps can all be carried out by our collaborators, but you can also provide us with the first elements if you have them. We adapt to your reality and your expertise in order to carry out your project.
