AVEVA Wonderware
SINECA is specialized in the integration of solutions based on Wonderware products from AVEVA. All of our employees have passed the AVEVA System Integrator certification tests.
Each employee is trained in order to be quickly operational.
For most of the projects, the SINECA Team systematically makes every effort to help each other, to share information and tips allowing their good achievements.
SINECA has built its own automation objects library allowing training and rapid handling by the members of our team. The library is open-source and available to our customers.
The most often integrated products are: ArchestrA, InTouch, Historian, RMP, MES.
SIEMENS SIMATIC and TIA
In perfect relationship with the Wonderware supervision and data processing layer, SINECA regularly develops automation solutions using Siemens industrial PLCs and DCS, the market leader.
We have built our own automation objects library allowing training and fast handling by the members of our team. The library is open-source and available to our customers.
Most programming languages are used such as STL, SCL and ladder, depending on the context and the customer’s wishes.
Although Siemens is the trend in terms of supplier of PLCs used for our projects, SINECA regularly develops with various other PLCs such as ABB SattLine, Schneider Electric, Allen-Bradley Rockwell, Omron, etc.
Universal Robots
Our employees are trained in the programming of robotic movements and specifically Universal Robots technology robots/cobots. The various projects requiring robotics also allow us to use other technologies operating under similar principles.
When developing robotics programs, we use simulated and then real 6-axis arms, often coupled with process orchestrators such as an industrial PLC or an event management platform such as Node-Red.
Node-Red
We use Node-Red open-source technology in the development of various projects. From PoC phases to production phases.
The Node-Red platform is perfectly suited to applications
- for transforming communication messages via the IT layer
- that manages production events : process orchestration
- to retrieve key data via various protocols : Modbus TCP/RTU, MQTT, etc.
- to test hardware devices: IoT sensors, steppers, etc.
Production reports:
Power BI / SSRS / Dream REPORT
We implement production reports and dashboards using different technologies according to the choices and in line with the needs of our customers.
At SINECA, you will have the opportunity to develop reports in Microsoft’s Power BI and SSRS, but also with Dream Report and Tableau products.
